Great hotel, I stayed for 5 days 4 nights. Awesome breakfast, beautiful pool area. A little gym which was ok for basic machine weight lifting. Staff was friendly. The room I cleaned myself must part only because I stayed there so long and don't like people going through my stuff. Highly recommend!

Have been staying at Heritage for over 30 years and always enjoyed it. For all of those years we usually had our pet with us. No issues and have stayed in all different areas of the hotel. Stayed April 8 and they put us in a ground floor room so never mentioned the dog. Had we been given a 2nd floor room I would have requested a ground floor because of that. When we returned home and I checked my cc statement there was a $250 charge. I called and spoke to the manager who told me that is the charge for having a pet in a non pet friendly room!!!! Seriously!! Would like to see the charge for the deep carpet cleaning and the fumigation which I was told would be required. After 30 years we and our dog will be staying elsewhere!!

I chose this place to relax and enjoy the hot tub. The hot tub was not hot at all. It was barely even warm. Even the air temperature inside of the atrium was cool. So getting out of the cold hot tub and onto the floor was not an enjoyable experience.

Amazing staff! Beautiful hotel! Nice rooms! Beautiful pool area! The only reason it’s not higher is we ate breakfast there this morning and my daughter and best friends have food poisoning from eating their sausages. I only had cereal. So if anything go out and eat.
