To those that said in their posts, "Not enough water" check it out today! Pictures tell the tale of a dam at capacity. Amazing power in that water flow!

Can't tour the actual facility but It's a public area ,to fish,to picnic & a trail to hike to the top of the dam, the PELICANS are there now it's just an AWESOME PLACE
