I put my crew up in this hotel. After check-in, my foreman immediately called to say his room was not acceptable. He was placed in a dirty room. I called and had his room changed. After two weeks, I paid for an additional week through a third party. The hotel front desk tried to tell my crew that they were not paid up. After this was cleared up, the hotel front desk, later that night, entered my foreman's room. He claimed my foreman was in the wrong room. How could he be in the WRONG room - the front desk clerk provided my foreman with a working key for the room he had been in. I am three hours ahead and I received a call at 1:18 am. I immediately made reservations for my crew at another hotel. My foreman checked out and left later in the morning. This entire stay was riddled with problems. It is my understanding that this establishment is run down, run poorly, and WILL attempt to overcharge you. We were charged $650.00 for a deposit. Never have we ever paid that kind of money for a deposit. We were also charged an additional $590 for a room I had already paid for. We were also charged an additional $77.49 on top of what I paid for my second room. We did finally receive the overcharge of $590 back, but still to this date are awaiting restitution for six nights which were unused after my foreman checked out. When we asked to speak to the owner, we were told they have COVID. Convenient, it's been weeks now, and they still have COVID. As everyone else has stated, RUN - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There are better options in Great Falls - If you want to speak to the owner, the last name is Abbasi. The listed general manager is Kurshid Khan a known associate of Abassi. As well as leaving a review here, we will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as with our credit card company.

It is almost easier to list the very few points that don’t warrant negative feedback. The shower worked and that drain worked (unlike the slow drain of the sink) and most of the paint was still on the walls of the dismally dark and small room. To highlight a few of the many bad points: the bed was lumpy hard and uncomfortable with threadbare bedding, the towels were like small pieces of very abrasive sand paper, the breakfast was a joke, the two small inadequate pillows need to be replaced, the AC unit in the room rattled loudly as it failed to cool the room very well, the smell of the entire building was unsettling as was the mold in the bathroom and the strange flecks of something black that littered the bathroom floor. We originally thought the black flecks came off the terribly worn and pealing lounge chair in the room but I now suspect it was coming out of the very dirty vent above the toilet. Again, not much to repot in the way of value or satisfaction here. This definitely goes down as one of the worst places I have ever stayed and I travel for work and pleasure quite often.

I walked into the room and left after 5 minutes. I would sooner sleep in my vehicle than this hotel. I've been staying in hotels for 10 years due to work, and this is probably one of the worst ones. Do not trust the bright clean pictures on the page, these rooms are dark, dirty, in poor repair, and I'd be worried about hitch hikers. This hotel clearly does not care about cleanliness or maintenance.

Spent the night on 5/20/2022 on my way back to Minnesota. Called before to check parking because I was hauling a boat to. I verified I was good where I parked and he was good with it. Woke up the next morning and I was completely blocked in on 4 sides with a truck in a no parking zone in front of me. Told the desk clerk about it and he says there's nothing he can do. He wouldn't even check the plate against his records without some persuasive conversation. The truck wasn't even a guest and he finally called a tow company that I found for him and put me a hour behind. No call from a manager and I even wrote out a formal complaint. I will never stay at another super 8 or affiliated motel again.

It is the law, for safety issues that they know the correct identity in case of a fire, accident, if someone should parish while in the room, when someone pays cash they are to take a photocopy of your govt issued picture ID such as a passport or driver's license or ID card, and take a cash deposit for incidentals or in case of room damage, missing items out of a room such as towels, blankets, pillows...(that happens from time to time) or in the case of needing to cover the cost of an excessive cleaning charge...to cover wages and costs such carpet cleaning, ironing a non smoking room that is guaranteed to be non smoking. Etc etc, if the occupants might of "trashed" the room...or in the case of occupants being excessively loud causing disruptions to the other guests around them resulting in discounts off of the room rate as others are not able to have a restful stay and sleep. If the renter has prepaid with a credit card, ID is required to make sure the name on the card matches .

You don't need a card but if you pay cash they want an additional $100 until they know you didn't trash the place.
