Positive: Nice hotel, was very quiet inside, I feel due to the way the hallway is built. Neat back yard. Staff worked above and beyond to help us get the accommodations we had arranged (the place was packed due to many events in town) Negative: Biggest negative for us was breakfast was not served until 730 am for the weekends, and we needed to leave by 7 each day. Location is easy to get to, but definitely it is on the west side of town.

Terrible customer service! On arrival, not welcomed or asked anything about our visit to the town, and this was our first visit. After providing credit card info and all legalities, we’ve received the room keys, and only after inquiring were told how to reach the room. Amenities? City venues, restaurant information, visitors site? Forget about it, nothing was mentioned by the person working at the main pint of business for this hotel, the check in DESK! We’ve follow the directions and went straight into our room. As soon as we’ve opened the door we were hit by a wave of a filthy, stinky smell that we could only attribute to cigarette smoke, and the bed was not even made properly, you could see someone had just slept on it. We’ve closed the door and made our way back to the reception. Apologies? No, we were just told “ let me see if I can find another room for you” If it was any other day, I would have walked, but we’ve just driven for 6 hours straight and wanted to rest our legs a bit, so we’ve decided to ignore the ignorance of the reception person and accepted the exchange to a new room. HUGE MISTAKE! We rested ( two people) and decided to go out and find a restaurant to have dinner and start our short weekend gateway. We’ve returned to the room and turned on the TV, at a normal volume to most people and started preparing to sleep. The phone started ringing, and as soon as I’ve answered a very rude voice told me: Can you guys keep it down? I had a complaint that there was too much noise coming from your room. My immediate reaction was shock from the rude tone on the callers voice. My second reaction was? Excuse me? We’ve just stepped in, we’ve turned on the tv and my wife is already in bed, and if your other guests can hear the TV then you have to fix your walls! I am a MARRiOT customer and by mistake made the reservation at this property today thinking that it was from their brand of hotel’s, but still wanted to give it a try. Don’t do it! Stay away, this is a terrible managed property with extremely rude staff. Fellow CANADIANS, do not come to this property you will be very dissatisfied!

We come up to Great Falls often and always make a point to stay at the staybridge because we love it so much, but were highly disappointed the night of Feb 27, 2022. The lady working the evening shift at the front desk was awful. At $225 a night, I would expect to be treated a little better. She needs to brush up on her customer service skills. I stayed up here for 2 nights, then left to havre MT for one night for a funeral, then came back to stay another night before heading back to Missoula. Same worker who checked me in before. I told her we needed one night with a pet and was rudely reminded that I have to pay a pet fee(I mean, we know we stay here all the time).. she just seen me a night ago. I asked for a room next to the stair well if possible and she acted like I was asking for a million dollars, trying to make conversation I asked how much the 1 bedroom suites were compared to the stidios, her answer was we have none, with a huge sigh like I was bothering her. Flat out, the ladies tone is rude, she never smiles, and is not friendly. We love the rooms, but your front desk lady on evening shift needs to be reminded she's in a business for hospitality. Not her Forte. Never had a bad experience here before, until this one.

Good, except hot tub quit working on second night. Should have had sign posted on pool area door to let know out of order. Breakfast was real good. Like kitchenette in room. Tub was slippery.
