Lost my reservation that I booked, took an hour to get checked in, charged twice for the hotel stay, took two weeks to get refunded the second charge. The only upside was the friendly employees. IHG customer service contacted today, they apologized and said they would contact hotel management. They don't seem to care about the inconvenience so IHG is now on my do not stay list. They also were giving rooms out that already had guests, steer clear of IHG until they start addressing these problems.

Our family always stays at Holiday Inn express hotels because they normally have excellent everything. This one in Great Falls had super spotty Internet. Every time we tried to use it it kicked us off. There were very few TV channels (no HGTV) and no refrigerator or microwave. When I called The service desk to ask about the Internet, TV and fridge/micro, I was told that that was only in upgraded rooms. Our family has stayed in Holiday Inn express hotels almost exclusively and I’ve never heard of such a thing. The beds weren’t as comfortable as other IHG Hotels either. I never ever write a bad review, but I felt this one lacked things that travelers definitely needed to be aware of.

I stay here twice a year, every year. It is my favorite hotel in the area. The employes are all very nice and provide great service, rooms are clean, food is good, the pool area is fantastic, and it is in a covenant location.

I've stayed at this property many times but this time the internet/WiFi service was pathetic, just barely functioning. As a business traveler, high speed, high quality internet is a utility as essential as running water. Who cares about the breakfast bar when you cannot connect to vital company records, quickly send and receive emails and perform other online business functions efficiently. Going to the McDonalds down the street to download files is a very poor option!

I called and they said no. I can only get 4 wristbands per room. So I would have to book another room for every 4 people...
