Staff is to difficult to work with younger people who are working front desk have a care less if you're a paying customer and very unpleasant with customers so not happy and management is really addressing the issue because it's happening still and a she just doesn't know anybetter is ridiculous

Was really looking forward to our first trip back to great falls and booking with this location, unfortunately LA Quinta great falls has out priced them selves for greatfalls. Competitors are at $95 - $119 a night Usd and this location is $170 Usd with AAA rates, this hotel that we loved to book with is no longer on our list of hotels as frequent visitors from Canada. Reading the reviews it is nice to see this hotels service is still awesome, just wish we could afford to enjoy it as well.

My stay at this hotel was superb. Reservation and check-in was smooth and the staff on duty was cool and especially helpful. I'm taking the time right here to give a big thank you to the whole crew over there!!! I'm handicapped for the time being and get around in a wheelchair. I found the entire building and grounds to be accessible as the reservation clerk indicated. Vending machines on the first floor. All very modern with reasonable rates. Parking for handicapped is adequate with a number of parking spots close to the entrance. I got a king bed single which was clean having a nice shower and bath in the all accessible room. I didn't do the pool and exercise area but I saw it was in operation. It looks like most rooms would be handicapped accessible. If you're looking for a quiet comfortable stay this is where you want to be. Thank you I'll be back!!!

We have stayed at this chain of hotels before so thought we’d be fine. We went to check out our room and found a hair in the bed and the bathroom was dirty. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. So they found us another room. Hair in the bed again. So they came and recleaned the room. Our wipes we used to sanitize were almost black. We felt so uncomfortable and promised we would never come back again.

Yes, Tom there open, we stayed there last Sunday May 31 on the bottom floor onto the river, no continental breakfast we received a breakfast bag to enjoy in your room or on the road. They do have a new name Best Western Plus River Front, I'm not a employee..I'm a guide for Google maps. Barry. 🇨🇦
