It's all good when you have a scheduled appt but they never answer phone before 8am. Ive called left message each day for a call back and nothing. I realize these places are backed up and over booked and short handed but make an effort to call back. I should not have to nag.

Went there for shoulder and hand pain which i have had since Jan 2021, was seen in may and was sent fir xrays. They called to tell me what was found and said needed to see orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist and neither was set up, cause never heard from anyone after that. All they want is the money for seeing you then screw you

Just an average office. Billing department doesn't do a great job of proper billing procedures many times. Staff was friendly enough. Had them as primary care for 10+ years. My and my son's doctor (Flynn) was a shining star for us. Knowledgeable, courteous, and always staying on top of new information being provided in consortiums and conventions.
