I really have to give the management of this business kudos. It’s quite clean and having credit card payment available is certainly an upgrade. The down side is the TV, playing really awful TV. Why TV? Of course this may be purposeful to reduce Loitering as the Huge yellow sign suggests. The other down side for me is all the gross smoking and igarette butts, right AT the door. ( Northern Maine seems to love Smoking). Mind you I rarely come here. I’m mostly familiar with Pratt Abott facilities in Southern Maine, who have eliminated these issues. NOTE: One dryer worked well. One did not, leaving with quite damp laundry . Other customer reported not to use dryers 13-16, as “ they don’t do the job”. Lost a star there.

Clean, well lit, the machines are usually in great working order. If there is ever an issue they probably respond when you call the number posted. Bathrooms are in good working order. This is definitely the nicest laundry center in the Caribou area! There is a snack vending area there’s also a small area for kids to play. It can get busy but usually moves pretty quickly. Lately this facility has been getting very busy and people are not being careful with machines. Check to make sure the washer is clean before you put your clothes in
