I am very impressed with Dr. Monica Ma and her team. They have updated their recordkeeping from paper-based to paperless. This made signing up for my appointment and checking in upon arrival very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was seen exactly at my allotted appointment time-no waiting. The staff used very good cleanliness and sanitation practices. The folks helping me select frames were very knowledgeable. There were no questions or surprises about my insurance. I heard some really nice stories about how Dr, Ma took care of her staff during the Covid-19 downtime. This is a great locally-based family business. I have already recommended a friend.
