We are staying here on Aug 1st. We called the National number early in the morning to reserve a room for the night. We asked for the top floor and a King bed. The National number read the request back and agreed, no problems. We arrived at the motel at 2:35, tried to check in an was informed by the Desk person that rooms on the top floor were not yet cleaned and a King wouldn't be available until 3 PM. She said, 'we have staffing problems.' Fine, that's what it said while booking. The staffing problems might be solved by paying the staff more especially considering the ridiculous room prices We came back at 3:04 PM to find a line that was to take 30+ minutes to get service. A different lady was checking us in. She was so slow, 10 or more minutes per check in as to be near incompetent. Where was a second check in person? We get to our assigned room, not on the top floor but 2 floors down. Why, the top floor was still being cleaned. In fact, there were cleaners visible on all floors? We open our room to find 2 Queens instead of the King as ordered. Back downstairs with cart and baggage. This lady, no name badge, tried to have us go to the end of the line, 6 people for another 30+ minute wait. We courteously objected. She then tried to blame us for the error and blatantly refused to accept the blame. WOW! The room is reasonable, but the office chair is broken.... We came through the lobby after dinner, some 3 hours later. The line was still the same length with the same English Challenged person there, still by herself. I didn't even bother trying to talk to here and sure as hell was not going to stand in line for another 30+ To surmise for the cost of a just reasonable room the service needs to be better. For the cost of the room pay the help so the service might return. Also, front line personnel need to be totally able and speak enough English that an American can understand. Find a different motel, there are many others in Great Falls, MT

My room 406 should have never been used until the bathroom was complete. Room nice, can tell its being remodeled bathroom was in bad shape. The wall was soaked and crumbling.. there was a sad patch job behind toilet pretty much exposing the wall behind it. Facility was great, staff super friendly, bar restaurant hours were inconsistent. Because of the bathroom I probably will never stay here again. I knew I should have gone to the other one buy hey it happens. Cheapen the rooms tremendously or shut them down until done. No breakfast was a sad point but not deal breaker. Save your money listen to reviews, keep looking.

When I first checked in , the staff was very friendly and easy going on the guests . The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable as well. The breakfast food was delicious and the servers were very nice! Would definitely come back to this hotel again! 10/10!

Starting off the food was delicious! Absolutely scrumptious. But everything else was not worth the money. The hot tub was under renovation and the front desk didn’t tell us anything about it. Don’t get me started on the room service, terrible. Rude and snobby, would not stay here again. And would not recommend it.
