10 mins before closing the employees won't take your order and say they are closed. Pls update your timing or educate your employees.. I wasted my time coming here when google showed they close at 9pm.. I arrived @ 8 45 pm on monday june 20th. This is rude and unprofessional customer service as I saw 2 employees laughing while I drove through looking at them from the drive through window tying to avoid eye contact and laughing.

So I just got a drink. Off the bat the lady is rude as hell. I get the drink and when I come home it looks like the cup was filled with dirt? Or something. I definitely don’t recommend this store. I always have bad experience here 😬

Doesn’t follow the orders when placed, then asks if you can pull up to the side and the correct order will be brought out. 15 minutes passed waiting, no order. Now I have to get out of The car and lose time to get to work on time because I’m asked to wait and then have to walk into the store and wait in line (again) just to remind them I’m waiting on my order.

I gave them 3 stars because the donuts were fresh but I ordered a hot chocolate and it was disgusting. They mix with only water and didn't bother to add any sugar. It was like drinking chocolate water. I guess I have to stick to Starbucks for hot drinks
