I was so dissapointed tonight!! I had requested cupcakes customized from the Pines Location on Uber Eats and an employee had me on hold while calling her manager to ask if it was ok to sell me a customized cupcake box. I am in the middle of studying and I purchase from this location often. I cant believe the manager wasn't present in the store to assist me. And I was so dissapointed she didn't want to help me. On top of all that, she cancelled my order after I called politely. This situation was a disaster for me.

If you’re placing an order for a special event don’t risk it! I placed an online order 2 weeks in advance for them to tell me the day of that the order was at the wrong location. I even called to confirm because I never received a confirmation email. Trying to get a refund was a mission in itself when both stores kept saying the other should issue the refund smh. Also, good luck trying to get someone on the phone, I called multiple time before getting someone on the line

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL Experience !!! I made a Door Dash order, I was charged for an item I never received. I called the store and was told by the employee Ashley that I would receive a credit on my credit card for the items not received. However 4 days later, no refund was ever issued. They made no attempt to right a wrong. Very disappointed !!

No complaints. I asked for Deadpool themed cupcakes for my girlfriends birthday. They looked incredible and tasted absolutely Amazing. Appreciate the service, attention to detail and the end result. Thank you
