I've tried birria since I can remember, and the net isn't bad, it's good, it's passable, but the birria doesn't have flavor, it lacks seasoning, and the very bad sauce also lacks other types of chili, I asked for a small consommé and among the meat it had pieces of cooked onion, not the onion that they put with the cilantro onion wine strips of cooked onion, never in my life have I seen birria with cooked onion

Not sure why all these reviews are saying this place is bomb. I’m a native here. A local here. I eat tacos. These are the most flavorless tacos I’ve ever had. The meat is so bland. And the consomé is too. If you ask for birria de Res which is beef birria they will give you carnitas which is pork ! the consomé is beef but they keep giving us pork when we ask for beef. And no it’s not cus of a language barrier. Either way. Find a better place. When we do eat here we have to go home and season the meat in a pan with bouillon and fry new shells for it to be good. I am not exaggerating.
