Very inconsistent with the smoothies for the past few months. The one I got today tastes horrible. Not even close to what I’ve had before and I always order the same thing. Too bad I didn’t try it at the store before I left cause I would’ve definitely return it.

I have been ordering from this location for the past year but in the last few months, the service has gone way down. The orders were wrong and the staff weren't friendly at all. I walked in today for an order and a woman said she'd be right with us and called another young lady out. The other person came and began filling out a long list of online orders. Neither of them acknowledged us for a few more minutes until we decided to leave. They looked at us like we were crazy so I told them thanks for not serving us and left.

Incompetent staff. I waited close to 30 minutes to get my smoothie made after they messed up on it multiple times. The waiting area was packed with people sitting down because of the poor work performance of the staff. Very disappointed.

Best smoothie I have EVER drank! I ordered a Chocolate Hulk, and I have never really been a fan of protein shakes because they usually taste really bad, but it was so good! The lady recommended it because it was the most popular and she guaranteed I would like it!! I didn't like it... I LOVED IT!! Thank you Smoothie King!
