Horrible place to be in including the eye clinic area! So unprofessional and just horrible.

Don’t let all these bad reviews fool you. If you want the best care for yourself or a loved one this is the hospital to come to. All the real and seasoned doctors are right here. Don’t let the location make you think anything other. I have never in my life seen doctors who not only care but are very well trained. Thank you for your caring hands.

There is the University of Illinois School of Dentistry that provides dental care.
Call your insurance or their is a list on line.
Yes you can get serviced there without insurance, but expect a nice bill afterwards. Stroger(Cook County) Hospital will be a better choice for people without insurance.
I had lap band there it was fine. Been going there for 20 years. There are good and bad doctors in every Hospital I investigate mine. Never had a problem.
UIC is a great hospital. I had a kidney Transplant 3 weeks ago and they were great and treated me with great respect.
I don't think so. I wish

It's ok depending which doctor you get always check there profile before making an appoinment usually the best doctors are In The Moring. Never pick a Afternoon Visit.
Yes they can help you try and get insurance or set up a payment plan
If she is on the OB floor, you can stay with her as her support (I would advise you park in the lot and ask for the discounted parking from her nurse/clerk). Otherwise, you will only be able to visit her during visitor hours. You can sleep in the parking lot but I would not recommend due to safety. For cheap motels, you may have to travel a bit (15 to 40 min drive from the hospital). I would explain the situation to the nurse and see if he or she will be okay to let you stay with your wife. Hope this helps!
Nice hospital
Absolutely! You could have an infection.
Never heard of that

Yep. That's where Dr sent us. Funny. We were here for surgery in Dec and i filed 3 complaints with hospital and 1 with the state for poor care and lack of pain management. They pulled all pain meds 24 hrs post op due to brain fog. But eventually figured out it was due to uncontrolled pain. 2 day stay ended up being 11. If he hadn't broken back in 3 places we wouldn't have been here.
No. I went through Malcom X - City Colleges
I believe All insurance accepted
Yes the accept Medicaid insurance
There is valet parking at the University Of Illinois Clinics across the street from the hospital at 1840 W. Taylor
If during normal hours, and if you choose to do so, pharmacy will fill prior to discharge (though you may need to go across the street to pick up as some can only be dispensed to the patient directly).
Because physical is simply not an emergency procedure. My small opinion
