What is the key to getting help here? Surgeon said to get here adap after saw MRI results. Been here 3.5 hours and gotten nowhete. Tons come and gone. While we sit. Asked several times for status and nothing.

Yep. That's where Dr sent us. Funny. We were here for surgery in Dec and i filed 3 complaints with hospital and 1 with the state for poor care and lack of pain management. They pulled all pain meds 24 hrs post op due to brain fog. But eventually figured out it was due to uncontrolled pain. 2 day stay ended up being 11. If he hadn't broken back in 3 places we wouldn't have been here.

They have to triage patients so no matter your condition you'll wait if there's someone with worse symptoms (on paper), this is the official answer. The real, after 7pm they pretty much close. You could wait until 3 or 4 in the morning. And the oddest part is the hospital is fairly awesome, but the ER (no bueno).
