I called to make an appointment for thr first time to see to an gynecologist and the representative was rude. Being this my first time calling I will be not attending this location.

The health center is a blessing for affordable and accessible care! The people were extremely welcoming and thorough during my visit. I was educated on a common issue I deal with more than anywhere else I’ve visited.

Best clinic in Chicago for women. Friendly people and staff. Only issue is parking but there is some nearby. I feel so safe there as a woman. When I get my exams. TMI but I feel no shame getting naked. My gyno told me the first time not to feel shame it's my body. It was so empowering. I'm a Social worker and these people are trained on how to be sensitive to anyone who comes in their office. The best place. And I don't have insurance so they offer payment plans. I wish there were more clinics like this.

Updated from 3 to 1 star. Provider stopped responding to requests to refill my prescriptions (that I've been on for over a year and shouldn't be stopped abruptly) and never received any contact back from them whatsoever. CWHC was the best Healthcare I've received, hands down. That being said, I'm more than disappointed in the abrupt end to that care. I received a returned payment that was months old, my provider will not respond to my pharmacy's request to refill my prescriptions, they don't answer the phone and I've not received a return call. Are they out of business? Is this my provider's way of breaking up with me? Honestly, I'm hurt. I'm confused. I've been without medication and am experiencing negative side affects and symptoms as a result. Maybe it was too good to be true. CWHC, I'm saddened to now be faced with having to start over with finding a new provider with no explanation or understanding. Never thought I'd get ghosted by my doctors office.

i guess you could walk in & ask about their services or make an appointment. they're off the redline or something.

I don't have medical insurance, can I do pap test ,and how much will cost me it?

You'll need to call for specifics, but they have a sliding scale that typically has a low end of $40 maybe $30. It might be different for pap tests, but still. You determine the amount you are able to pay, yet to help keep the place open please pay what you can. (And you could vary what you give on each appointment depending on your ability to pay too, so please don't worry.)
