I went here to take a Covid PCR test and found myself being questioned on my insurance card to which they had to call my insurance number and claim that they had to put in a specific number to indicate if my insurance was active. Now it was stated to me that it was not but this is them on the phone not me nor was the call on speaker for me to hear, but at the same time a young middle eastern male was getting a test at the same time. Red flag number one he didn’t have to scan the QR code - red flag number two he did not input anything into the system they have in place to take a photo of an ID or an insurance card, red flag number three they only spoke in the native language, red flag number three the tester allowed him to test without the process that I had to do, big red flag number four when I questioned what was being done the tester became agitated and called for a supervisor to which was said from them is the process which the middle eastern male did not do. In the end a hart felt apology was given for not being able to give the test. Just didn’t feel right to me. Best of wishes to those who decide to use them. ( Good response it was to many questionable red flags for me ) Best of wishes

Do not go here!!! Very rude and unhelpful staff. Never go here. They charge exorbitantly and pull out the numbers out of no where. My dad did PCR test here last week and they charged $100 and today they charged me $200 for the same.

Was ok for a medical facility.

I do not recommend using this testing center for international travel. After you take the antigen test, all they send you is a simple e-mail saying "You are negative" with your passport number and a QR code going to their generic website. Other testing centers in Chicago (notably the one on W. Harrison St.) give you a separate official document listing all the relevant info (name and address of lab, testing sample number, exact date and time the sample was taken, the exact name of the test, QR code that goes directly to your result, etc). Our airline did not accept the e-mail sent by this testing center.
Yeah - it's closer to five minutes
2-3 days, and its closed on Sunday. If you want the results in 24h or less you can pay 100$
It does! You'll get an email containing a PDF file, and within that file is the name of our lab, your name, your results, and a QR code.
Both the rapid test and the PCR test reports had QR codes. I received both reports by email.
