Ew. This place was trying really hard. But this is a rough part of Wichita and it's just slummy. My wife and I were afraid the parking lot impromptu party with the local homeless crew was going to result in a stolen catalytic converter or vehicle, but in the end it was fine. The poor rating is due to a number of issues. We had some rough customer service in the beginning, the rooms smelt of cigarette smoke, we didn't feel safe, and there weren't clear procedures for checking out early in the morning. We paid the same price for this hotel as we did for a La Quinta in Tulsa and it was night and day in terms of quality and service. We feel ripped off. Had we paid 60-70 for the night maybe a 3 star review but when you feel robbed at 110 a night it's a 1 star review. The value, safety, and quality weren't there. No, we will not be coming back to this location.

Do NOT stay here. Had a horrible experience. Had reserved 2 rooms, checked into the hotel, went up to look at the rooms & they were horrendous. Extremely foul smells in both rooms & very dirty. We also had a Uhaul parked outside and people were constantly circling our vehicle & Uhaul truck. We went back to the front desk to express our concerns; the gentleman at the front called his manager & they both stated that we would be reimbursed once she came in to work a couple days later. After calling for 3 weeks straight since the reimbursed cont. to not show up, they were very rude, kept giving us the runaround, they quit returning calls & failed to give us a cancellation so we still got charged for the 2 rooms even though we did not stay there. Do not trust them.

The Hotel has been completely remodeled. I spent eight months there and everything was great. The manager there, Michelle really does care about her guests and the housekeeping staff cleans on your schedule not theirs. I will definitely stay there again ! C England, OKC

Yes you can pay bye the day but it's more expensive to do so it's better ig you pay for a seven day week they charge you like $32.67 a. Night if you rent the room for seven days if you rent it 12345 nights they charge you like $ 60 ➕ a night so it's better to rent it for seven crazy I know but true hope I was helpful

It does but you have to pay daily or weekly for it. It doesn't come with the price of the room.
