Customer Service is not what it uses to be! We have been going to White's for 20 years when built our home exclusively using the White Haus, Jado and Toto products from White's. I would laugh when i saw Gino try to hide from my wife when she came in with the same leak problem with the White Haus kitchen faucet but at least he would have the guys behind the counter fix or replace washer etc. Unfortunately on my last trip to get the washers so I could fix it myself (because I've seen the guys do it so many times) there was a young woman i had not seen before who was totally disinterested in helping me. I told her the entire kitchen had the same style White Haus fixtures. The main sink, Prep counter sink and pot filler. They are solid brass and were extremely expensive. She simply said oh they are 20 years old. I told her the sink faucet started leaking with the first couple of years and Gino always helped us. She said well Gino retired and this is old. I will sell you something just like it. Well if that is the new generation of customer service at White's then I will take my business elsewhere. My moto is now "White Haus, buy it for looks, but fix it for life!" The guys behind the counter are still great if you are only in need of parts just forget the showroom. Gino, we miss you!

We also keep up on regular cleaning and disinfecting of our showroom and parts counter. Hello Victoria, yes we do have your receipt on file and after reviewing it looks like you purchased a Fairmont River View 36" Vanity in Coffee Bean Finish & the Mirror was also a Fairmont River View 25" Mirror also with the Coffee Bean Finish. To my knowledge they do not make a Fairmont River View Medicine Cabinet. Feel free to contact our sales department and they may have other options to recommend.
