Extremely friendly staff and they double checked our order to make sure it was perfect. Had to try the hushpuppy breaded fish strips and they were great. The tartar sauce was kinda bland.

I enjoy eating the gyro sandwich so it is usually my sandwich choice when I eat there. $3.00 coupon in the mail made it an even better deal.

Our food was fresh everything was delicious and hot! The manager Daphne is amazing and made sure our order was correct, hot and fresh!!! With all of our sauces!!! Love this Arby's!! Renee the assistant manager tonight helped us with some aujus. She was very helpful I super love this Arby's our food was fresh and it was absolutely amazing!!!

I was working for Grubhub tonight when I was picking up an order. I had to wait a bit, not too long, however while I waited for the food to be done, Gail here at the west st location had excellent customer service and I hope she’s recognized for that. Even though I could tell it had been a long day for all of them, they all still had smiles and great customer care. Thank you, Gail!
