Without fail the guys at Allen's are always able to help me. This time I needed a tiny washer for a bathroom sink drain (a unique piece). One of the guys went on facetime with me and looked at my issue and then texted me the next day that he found the exact piece I needed! They make every project easy.

You mat have other issues like a clogged sewer, or backed up septic. Only thing I know of if its a basement toilet grinding pump or pump up system then maybe you need a check valve or a new pump. May be as simple as reset the breaker on those systems. Good luck with that!
