We went there for a program on raptor pellets. Great information during presentation and hike out on Prophetstown prairie yielded some actual pellets we could see.

There is always helpful rangers here and some modest nature displays, but today there was a wonderful plant sale. It was on Mother's day weekend. If it is held again I highly recommend it.

Helpful staff, small displays with turtles and fish and antlers that are interesting for younger children.
