Super nice and cozy. Staff was a little slow but she seemed to have a lot on her plate. She did all she could to go the extra mile and was very hospitable. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was really nice too lots of variety! I would definitely stay here again. ***It's hard to find a hotel in this area that is affordable and has good reviews!!! So take this one! I am also traveling alone so I felt very safe and taken care of here. :)

Room was clean and beds were awesome. Bathtub didn’t drain well. No elevator but they were able to relocate our room to first floor luckily. They have only 1 luggage loader so a little inconvenient. Staff attitude was ok 6 out of 10 if I was to give it a scale

Positive: Understated yet maximum attention to everything. Rooms were clean with perfect temperature, and all appliances worked. Breakfast was generous and good. Staff was polite. Can't ask for more.

Location is perfect. Its just off I80 next to food and gas. They have affordable rooms and Hailey the assistant manager has exceptional customer service skills. She makes you feel welcomed and assured that your in good hands. They have clean rooms with fresh sheets, hot water for the shower and hot tub, as well as plenty of towels. Rooms have microwaves and refrigerators and breakfast is good also. Overall I give it 10/10. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will be coming back the next time I'm visiting lincoln. I'd recommend this to anyone
