I've stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels around the country and this is the absolute worst. We had to switch out room keys 10 times over two days because they quit working. The desk person told us that the card reader on the door was going out, but there was really no solution but to keep giving us new cards. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms, but that didn't happen. Hot tub was broken/under construction. Thanks for the reply, Sheila. Just replying in general shows that you care. I can understand that times are difficult and I think the remodel will be a good thing.

Pleasant stay until the next day when we went down the the “full buffet” is what we were told when booking and paid for it. It was eggs, a couple of pieces of bacon and some potatoes and dry cereal. I asked about pancakes since there was syrup out and what told that was from yesterday when they had a full buffet. I asked front desk to reimburse the buffet since we didn’t eat it and the lady which didn’t have her name tag on and wouldn’t tell me her name stated too bad and that she’s not changing it. Very rude and unprofessional. Emailed the GM with what happened and haven’t heard back. Called the next day(Monday) was told the GM is on vacation so I asked for assistant GM and was told he is busy right now. 4 days later still no phone call or response from anyone there. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

We just stayed two nights here and were pretty disappointed, so much do that we went to another hotel to finish our trip. The biggest issues are that the staff are so incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I probably talked to 10 different staff members and only one of them was kind. (The guy helping with breakfast was awesome!) That’s kind of where the customer service effort ended. Staff members made it very obvious that they were not really going to go the extra mile or even meet us halfway. To me, that is inexcusable. I understand trucks not arriving on time, I understand hot tubs and ice machines being broken, and I get not having the budget to upgrade things like carpet and furnishings, but to have a culture of disgruntled/rude staff? That’s where my patience ends. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this place completely shut its doors in the next year.

Not a bad Holiday Inn. Not the best one I have stayed at though. There is parking for large vehicles, but it's a tight entrance and so hard to get to the parking Semi's are out of the question. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room is nice. There was damage to the bottom of the bathroom door. Which was unsightly. The rest was what was expected. Nothing more.
