Staff was friendly. Hotel smelled of mold, room was filthy. There was some sort of element, on every reflective surface in the room, in the shape of a cross that has never been wiped off.

CLEAN. SAFE. SECURE. In 31 years, BEST TRAVEL LODGE YET. Caitlyn, family, and their WONDERFUL, wonderfully loving staff took the best care of my business and family when it was 0 degrees outside. They literally provided the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Easily a 3 Star Hotel. They should charge way more, seriously it’s that good. Tv didn't work, bathroom toilet needs a scrub, sheets smelled, barely any exits for the amount of rooms there are (roach motel), carpet smelled wet but not cleaned, heater smelled up the room (don't use it), parking looks terrible. Basically, should've known the hotel is good for only the price.

Room 251 disgusting will never go back the room was nice for the price if it was at least clean. (1) there was a lid to a cup floating in toilet. (2) the tub shower switch was completely removed and sitting on the side of tub. (3) a dirty used towel was hanging up on the back of the bathroom door. (Who knows how long it was there it was yellowish) (4) toilet paper shoved into the peephole of the room door. (5) layers of dirt and who knows what else around the room floor. (6) unidentified stuff on ceiling. (7) hair dryer didn't work. So disgusted. My hubby and daughter kept me from going full Karen in person. Would give zero stars if possible.

Look at the agreement for the tented nights. I'd think they'd have to stand by it. The location was fine because it's right by the highway that leads into town.
