I made a appointment to get my annual rustproofing service done, and my ceramic coating reapplied. I think they reapplied the rustproofing spray, to my vehicle. But they did a rush job on the ceramic coating on my vehicle, they left visible swirls all over my vehicle and they promised that the ceramic coating repair option would fix the swirls in my paint job on my vehicle. They didn’t even wash my vehicle. Before they applied the ceramic coating to my vehicle. I feel that I just gave away a $150.00 plus tax. For a dry buff job, no chemicals. Not happy or satisfied with the service I received at Ziebart.

I have been going to see Jim at Ziebart since 98. I have always had a top-notch experience with the bar and I will always return to that particular location no matter where I live just a is provided by Jim and Ziebart. 9/23/22= update Went back with another truck and as usual got top shelf treatment and service! I would like to thank Jim, Hector and Chris for outstanding customer service and a beautiful job with my husband's Kia Niro. We had the whole ceramic package with ceramic window tint an a alarm installed. Unbelievable difference compared to old window tint. I have been going to this location for over 25 yrs. Jim has done countless cars/trucks/vans/suvs for us, family and friends. We've had bull bars, mud flaps, rhino liner installed over the years. Always top notch service and a immaculate showroom which speaks for itself as the service this location gives. I highly recommend, can't say enough good things about the whole crew who works there. Best investment you can make in anything you drive. Thank you everyone for yet another awesome experience. Customer service at its best !!! Workmanship and quality is unparalleled.
