I've lived in two different units at this complex; the first one was an updated unit, the other (and more recent one) is more dated. Overall, I think they're solid apartments and prices match with others in the area. Communication from the office in general could be clearer and more consistent, but the staff have always been very helpful and nice when I go in person. Maintenance staff have been helpful and usually pretty fast. I will note that walls/doors are VERY thin; I can hear everything (seriously, everything) anyone is saying/doing in their living room from the hallway in both buildings. I really enjoyed the updated unit, but I'm having a few issues with the dated one. The building STRONGLY smells like dog/pee at all times (luckily not in my actual apartment), there are many stains in the hallway, the noise is pretty bad from upstairs neighbors and aforementioned thin walls (so I get noise from the hallway as well), and the unit is just kinda dated. No major issues with the apartment itself, just could use some more attention and updates.

Took awhile to get done. Ceiling is still an eyesore. But don't want fixed until the roof stops leaking. Easier to clean up water and put buckets under the leaks than cleaning up the wet drywall falling on the floor.

I recently had a tour scheduled with Atia Taylor and she was super helpful and friendly! She answered all of my questions clearly and was overall amazing! I highly recommend meeting with her and learning about this community if you're looking for an apartment with a great staff!

There's honestly so much I love about this property! The layouts are the perfect size-very spacious and clean- the price is just right, the location is great and what's even better is the staff and management team. They are all so kind, friendly and welcoming! I grew up in the city and I was so nervous about starting a new life here, but it wasn't long before I felt right at home and I have Northridge Heights to thank for that!
