Incredibly over priced, people in the corporate office are rude, and my apartment was leaking for about 4 months and they wouldn’t move me to a different unit of the same size without a 50% rent increase because their records showed it was “fixed”

EDIT: management refused to take my call regarding the issues listed here, despite their public plea for me to reach out. The office staff are for the most part are good people and genuinely interested in doing a good job. I believe the problems I experienced are more related to overall corporate culture within the company that owns lionsgate. My experience was overall very negative. Maintenance was abysmal. I had water come through my ceiling five times in 6 months. Four of which I am absolutely sure with the same cause not properly fixed. I had tiles just fall off the wall in the bathroom. At one point we had a small cooking fire in our kitchen our mistake for sure. However they asked us to replace the entire oven which would cost us $500 minimum as we had not hit our deductible on our renters insurance. Luckily I called Geico and our agent assured me we would not be required to replace the entire thing. After informing Lions gate that our insurance would back us legally they completely back down and only asked us to replace the knob as they should have to begin with. I'm sure lionsgate will reply to this review disagreeing with my account of what happened. Let me assure you this is completely accurate. I have no reason to lie whereas Lions gate has a vested interest. The pool was fun though

DO NOT COME HERE. The day I moved in, I couldn't get into the building, called, and had to wait 10 minutes to have someone help me, after that, I couldn't even get into my apartment. I was told that I had to "put it in a special way and there's a trick to getting it open." The carpet had been cleaned and that was about it. Windows were broken, lights burnt out, the maintenance closet ceiling was falling down and you could see the installation just to name a few things, of the 50 plus things we reported. There was is black mold everywhere in one of the bathrooms. There are no security cameras, you pay for a secured access building that is never locked. It is common to have your vehicle broken into. If you just need a place to sleep then this place would work. Be prepared to get talked down to with any problem you report. The package center is nice and the maintenance guy named David is great.

I lived here for 11 months. I had a very good experience and it's nice that it's central in Lincoln. While there, I lived close to the pool. The only complaint I have is that whenever the maintenance/grounds workers were doing their jobs, they would be very loud in their conversations and play loud music on their golf carts. They were very nice whenever I had conversations with them and would always say hi to me, but that's the only thing that I was irritated with during my stay here because I liked having my windows open during the nicer days and the noise just wasn't peaceful. Besides that, the place is clean, updated, utilities priced fairly, and even though my dog ripped the carpet pretty badly during a thunderstorm, they didn't charge me a bunch for it! Definitely a plus! I definitely hated that the workout equipment was sooooo outdated. The last few months that I lived here, they were updating the weight room, so I hope everything will be new! They definitely need it! I also wished that the ground wasn't filled with so many holes and patchy and there were more sidewalks for easy access to letting my dog out, throwing trash in the dumpster, and to my mailbox. Otherwise, a good chance that I will rent again in the future if I need another place!
