Reached out to the property management before applying to verify if they took dogs, if they had w/d in unit, and availability. Was met by BECKY HASKINS, who so kindly asked that I tag her in my review, with a condescending and rude attitude. When she was confronted about it she continued to be unprofessional and tried to turn the blame on me. This apartment could've been the perfect fit for me and my sister but because of how rude and unprofessional BECKY HASKINS is I will find another vacant apartment to rent and hope no one else deals with her crass behavior.

Lived here for about a year. It’s a great apartment, big and spacious. The staff are super kind and quick to fix the stuff that needed fixed. Love the central side because of the controlled access doors. Definitely would refer my friends and family here.

I lived here for a little over 2 years moved here so me and my daughter could use pool in the summer. 1st summer it was open. Past summer was closed. And the lady stated it wouldnt be open again this year after the property manager stated it would be. The maintenance guy Bruce is a jackass and accidentaly looses your tickets so it doesnt get fixed. Also watch out when hes moving the snow he might hit you. The assistant manager not sure of her name stated to me when we walked thru for final walk thru for my deposit the few things i would miss and I ended up with a 30 dollar refund. What a joke! She also stated the cleaning lady doesnt do much cleaning just smoking. I thought kabredlos was bad. Notttt. Nice apartments. Staff has major issues. Pretty sure was 3 property managers in the 2 and a half years i lived there. DONT MOVE THERE IF YOU WANT TO GO SWIMMING. Thats the whole point of living on the central park side so you have access to the pool. Get it together. Word of mouth is a big deal and people do check reviews! Ridiculous!

Property manager is a nut!!! Let her daughter move in below me and my apartment always smelled like pot. Even after I complained, she didnt address it. She also let her daughter have a cat which the apartments are NO PETS property. Unprofessional and shady
