I have not lived there, but I was trying to. I submitted my information on their website to receive more information from them, they never got back to me. When I called to inquire, the lady on the phone was rude, said I had just missed an apartment by 10 mins. When I asked if anything would be available soon, she told me I needed to call back everyday to ask.

We have income restrictions for 90% of our property. We do not have income based rent, but do accept Lincoln Housing Section 8 vouchers. A 1 bedroom is either $660 or $695 per month
Yes, we accept Section 8 Housing Choice vouchers from Lincoln Housing Authority
