The Villas at Mahoney Park

The Villas at Mahoney team has been nothing but outstanding. The girls in the office have all been super helpful and made my move as easy as possible. My apartment did have a very bad smell in the garage area due to the past tenant, but they have done everything they could to remedy it. Maintenance requests are handled extremely fast. The Villas at Mahoney park are a little expensive, however you pay for what you get. The complex is extremely quiet and is worth the price in rent.

We are very happy with the way the landscaping is kept. It looks beautiful with the trees and flowers blooming. We enjoy afternoons at the pool and hot tub. There is regular maintenance to make sure filters get changed so our ac and heat work well. We have also enjoyed the sponsored breakfasts and chances to get to know our neighbors.

I love my place! After living in a two story house for 52 yrs this place is so modern and refreshing. The crew here from the office staff to the maintenance crew are awesome. My only concern is the over active young boy that lives above me who doesn't know the word walk but runs all day long. At 79 yrs old this can wear on a person's nerves.

Do not live here. It’s extremely overpriced…. These people will nickel and dime you for everything you have. The staff is extremely unhelpful and petty. Whenever I bring a complaint about the property and how it is being kept (weeds and trash throughout the property) I am given a response on how much they spend a year on upkeep. When in fact I do not care nor did I ask. I care about how much I spend monthly at The Villas at Mahoney Park of my OWN money as a resident. I have made many friends here as residents and they all leave after the first year and each complain about how poorly they keep the grounds and how much these people try to nickel and dime you. Very overpriced place with a terrible location and terrible staff.
