My mother just moved here from out of state 2 weeks ago and has had nothing but bad experiences here from day 1. First of all everything in her garage was ruined from rain last week and they "forgot" to mention this upon move in. When we told the office their response was oh we forgot to tell you sorry. So if you plan to store anything in your garage I would think twice about it. Everytime she tries to call the office with an issue, no one ever answers the phone. Just today we were there trying to get a mail key. We were told we needed a checklist but one was never issued. The lady "Donna" working in the office was very rude about this. Your not going to keep tenants around with a snotty attitude. Living in another complex myself I can tell you this place is poor with communication and friendliness! Not to mention the weeds growing in cracks all over this property.

i would give this place a negative 5 star rating if it was possible. they put on the biggest front when you start the application/move in process. there have been multiple instances when we have had random charges on our account, with no explanation behind them. it took me emailing and blowing phones up (after receiving a letter on our door about the “balance” on our account) to get a response and get charges taken off. we have been left without air conditioning for 4 days now in 99+ degree heat. the pool has been closed for a week with no explanation either. management has VERY poor communication skills. they do not answer calls, never in their offices, no response to emails. they are trying to up our rent over a hundred dollars when we leave. maintenance has been the only part of this whole ordeal that has given us no issues, other than that this place is horrible. save your time, money, frustration, and energy and STAY AWAY.

This place is the worst! Amanda is nice when you are applying for the apartment. But after you are approved she really doesn't care about helping you at all. When I first started staying there I had no AC and it took them 4 days to move in a portable AC unit. The apartment has roaches as well. I broke my lease at this apartment because my dog had separation anxiety. I moved into a house after being there for about 4 months. The worst part is trying to pay when you are not a resident. When I log into the website it's only showing me previous properties that I looked at. It doesn't give you an option for payment even though, the letter they sent to my house said that I could. Also the number that was provided in the letter has been unavailable for days and they sent the incorrect URL for payment in the letter. Amanda pretty much said that there was nothing she could do in a very condescending voice. She just said you can mail in the payment to Centerspace. But why the hell would I send my money to Centerspace address when they can't even get their phone situation straight or their website user interface to the point where you can make a simple payment. I just don't trust sending money in the mail to a company that's so incompetent with such small things. I never leave reviews but Amanda was so rude and so unhelpful. She didn't offer any alternatives you could really tell she didn't care.

Well Kept- easy access to things but a lil out of the way/private backed up against Holmes Lakes Park/playground. Maintenance guys good, reliable, helpful, friendly- Josh n guys responded quickly when our building had issue w front door lock- had it good as new quick!! Thanks!!
