People are actually willing to help you here unlike the Spring location where everybody is inconsistent and tells you to bring different documents. We had to come here after going to the Spring location 3 times just to get my daughter a permit. Iām having the same issues with my son at the spring location and have to go to Conroe which is completely out of the way just to get assistance.

I had scheduled my road test today and was 30min early to my appointment.(I passed) All of the staff I encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. I was in and out in about 1 hour. I had scheduled my appointment through e-mail. Seriously, they did respond quickly.š

I was early to my appointment and only stood in line for about 20 minutes. The staff were very efficient and friendly even though it was later in the afternoon. I was in and out in about half an hour. No fuss- no muss

My first encounter with them. They were helpful in getting appointment but very difficult in trying to talk to anyone. Have tried 7/8 times without success. Left message and no call back. Other than that it has been fine.

Last time I was there they sent me back because I didn't have an appointment, but I believe is because they were helping with other counties licenses. Your best bet, make your appointment and you wouldn't have to wait for so long. If you use glasses have them with you or contacts.

I went 2 weeks ago and took my daughter, while we waited someone tried to do a walk in but they didn't have spots available and they told him to try the next day at 8 am.
