Rhonda at the Conroe, TX location is superb! We had a super out of the box rental setup situation. She spent over an hour with me on the phone and my technicians in her office setting up our account! I cannot say enough good things about Chrissy. When the online service booked the wrong size space for me, she was there to quickly and professionally transfer me over to a larger unit. She is super friendly without being fake. She fixed me up without any fuss and made me feel comfortable. She has earned a customer for life and Public Storage is very lucky to have her.
