The north side of Houston Texas, a little hard to see from the highway, off of i-45 interstate, but the GPS takes you right there. Good food and good service. I've been here before and will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone.

This location used to be really good when they first opened but their overall quality and service has gone down a lot lately. The last few times that I have come to this location to get a chocolate shake has been disappointing. They informed me that they were out of chocolate ice cream. How can you be out of such a common flavor? If you know a lot of people eat that flavor then have multiples in stock, it's that simple.

Today, after visiting Lowe's I asked my hubby to stop by at Dunkin for a treat. We had 2 cars front of us and we were waiting 20min + to get 4 donuts.. A Audi before us ordered 2 drinks, that's all.. Finally she opened the window, hand me a box and said: "Here!" No, Hi!, No, I'm sorry for the wait! Yeah, no more Dunkin donuts for me! I'll look up another place! Disappointing long wait and costumer service! Sad!
