I am an evangelist from Indiana and was traveling through Lockridge on my way home, when I blew a tire out. Jim and Jeanette at Preferred Auto put a new tire on and what great to work with. I enjoyed our conversation and they got me back on the road quickly so I can get back to my family. The highly suggest anyone going to see them.

We were new to the area and looking to find a decent vehicle. We spoke to quite a few people that pointed us in this direction, saying how 'honest' these people were . Smh.. Not even close. We took out a 4000 loan and went with everyone's advice. We purchased a truck and have had Problem after problem every since we got it.. first the fuel pump that left us stranded in the country (in the rain), than the throttle body sensor, 10 different diagnostic codes came to light, and i could go on and on.. The only advice i can honestly give folks is to make sure and take a TRUSTED MECHANIC with you if you go.. Here or anywhere . Theres 2 people you never trust in life. Thats a Lawyer, and a used car salesman... THUMBS DOWN! ***UPDATED***.. LESS THAN A YEAR AND ITS BROKEN DOWN IN A DRIVE WAY. DEPSITE ALL THE MONEY, TIME, ETC ETC.. YOUD BE BETTER OFF GOING TO THE OLD MAN RICK FOR A CAR.. THAT WAY YA GET RAILROADED BOTH WAYS... $3950... DOWN THE FURGIN DRAIN....

Dishonesty. will not communicate in a calm manner. Asked for proof of clutch replacement in a truck had no proof said not interested in selling truck to me. Hung up the phone on me. Very rude.
