Not very happy about this place. Service was done to the truck which was fine, but was having other issues that after $1,500.00 was not fixed. Told they didn't know what was wrong with the truck. They had the truck for 3 days before anything was even told to us, and that was just because husband kept calling to get some answers. Y'all need to keep your customers informed about what's going on. It was just like a guessing game though. Oh well..... it's only money right? Update:. Welp, did go back in right after review, and yes I guess the issue was resolved because now the truck don't even start.

After factory recall work on an EGR Cooler, along with two other recalls, was performed by Crown Dodge, I was given my 2015 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel back on 12/13/21 with a coolant leak they refuse to repair although I was given a warranty for parts and labor. Now I have a truck that I can’t drive due to a risk of fire within the intake manifold and its inability to maintain a coolant level. In the 7 months that they had my truck, they managed to break a glow plug off in the head that caused a total head replacement, then my injector pump went out, then they bent my timing chain guard while installing my injector pump, then my timing chain had to be replaced. I was given part and labor warranties on everything Crown Dodge touched that they refuse to honor now. Their manager has informed me that they do not have to honor warranties nor complete recalls and they blame everything on my “old truck with high mileage” although they sell older vehicles with higher mileage on their lot.
