This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop! I came in to get a simple mani(w/gel polish) with my daughter for her birthday while she got a full set. My cuticles were not done correctly, he didn’t have me wash my hands after filing & buffing my nails, and my polish application was awful. I had to ask for some oil to put on my hands because I guess that’s not a part of the manicure process. My daughter nails were done the SAME WAY by the owner! Needless to say we were not happy with the service and will NEVER RETURN! And YES the owner knows about our dissatisfaction!
