Way super fun, very convenient and one of many great places on the awesome Mississippi Gulf Coast...minutes away from BILOXI too!!!

This place is wonderful! I would recommend more picnic tables and grills. Because this place is so wonderful, there was people walking around looking for a place to eat lunch with their kids and all were already taken. I got their early enough and was able to use one of the grills there while the kids played on the splash pad.

Husband and I were staying in Gulfport, but decided to drive East and see the sights/scenery and came upon this park. We picked up some take out and had a great picnic lunch in the park with some beautiful scenery and then took a walk out onto the pier. It was a great day!

I've only come here after work to exercise with coworkers. However, the view of Gulf and pier is nice and there's a modern playground if you have kids. The signs say dogs aren't allowed, so I won't be bringing my family here unless we leave our dog at home. The a good amount of parking and the beach is conveniently across the street. 4 stars because the grass is patchy and the ground is always covered in leaves and acorns.

There's a splash pad there also, lots of large Oak trees, it's truly beautiful there.
We got a burn permit for a birthday party. Putting up a tent for the day is okay, just no overnight.
Parking is free. Gates close at dusk, get your vehicle out before then. Beach and park are free.
I saw a father and two sons come off the pier from fishing and another family fishing from the seawall. So I think fishing is just fine.
Only on the weekends are spots under the pavilion in need of a reservation. Other times its first come first serve.
Not exactly an rv parking but I saw few rvs parking in the outside of the beach park parking spot
Yes they have a fenced area for dogs
Officially at dusk.
It's open to public free first come first serve
The Mississippi and Missouri rivers empty into ocean near pascagoula is why it's not as clear, but it's still beautiful and I love it.
Call the parks and recreation dept.762-1020
Yes you can fish and yes you need a saltwater fishing license, because if you get checked you will get a ticket
Honestly I've never pondered that question but ill say that I'd try it unless noted by sign otherwise
Yup its true!!!!
For a person to belong to any location all they need to do is post a review of the location. When people ask a question about the location you will receive a notification and be given the option to answer it. Other things you can do are add pictures, edit descriptions, add your own reviews, add new places
The splash pad is in the area with the "waves" coming out of the ground. It may still be a little early in the year for it to be activated, so going down to the beach may be a better option. The waves tend to crash over the concrete barriers to create little pools perfect for small children.
Take Market Street to Beach Boulevard
The park closes at 8 pm and if parked inside you will be locked in
Not to my knowledge
