Went to have awning repaired on travel trailer. Told to park it up to a berm. Couldn't see it so bent both leveling jacks. So they replaced them & never got the awning fixed, couldn't find a new motor. Paid them for something that didn't need repaired & left without our awning repaired. WATCH OUT FOR THE BERM!
