I found the car on the internet. It was at Cars for Less. A friend went to see the car and met Yvette Morgan. She was most friendly and he recommended we talk with her to purchase the car. I joined him to see the car and meet Yvette. She was most helpful and guided me through the process of having a test drive and returning to complete the purchase. Her patience and kindness was throughout the necessary paperwork. I walked out the proud owner of a car that had the right for me and had the right accessories. There were no hassles or problems. The whole process was pleasant and went smoothly. I recommend her as a great person to purchase from.

The absolute worst service I have ever received. If I could give this zero stars, I definitely would. My partner and I had made an appointment to see a specific car. We test drove the car and noticed it needed new brakes and tires. Based on the maintenance the vehicle needed we were trying to negotiate $500 off the listed price. The sales associate, Kailee, had us complete all the necessary paperwork. Upon waiting for approval, Jacob the “manager” walks in and says “What’s the issue?” His attitude and demeanor were less than inviting. After politely letting him know we didn’t have an issue and were simply trying to negotiate the price of the vehicle, he leaves and about 30 minutes later he comes back in and says “Actually the vehicle sold yesterday. Sorry.” How does that happen? How do you let your customers go through the entire process and when you don’t feel like negotiating you simply say “The car is sold, you can leave now…” We asked for our information back and he then threatened to call the cops on us. These people were extremely unprofessional and rude. I’d highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Thats a great question! When you purchase a vehicle online it requires a notary on the customers end. When we send the documents to sign, the customer must get their signature notarized and then send it back. And we accept all forms of payment. Except Bit-Coin or any block chain.
