We happened to be driving around the southend and craving fish n chips. To my surprise, and absolute delight, we came across the Puyallup Skippers. Being raised in the Seattle area, Skippers was our go to fish n chips spot growing up, but they have slowly disappeared over the years. The fish and tartar sauce did not disappoint. The chowder, coleslaw and fries were as we remembered, very tasty. But, here is the cherry on top about this location... Teddy, the employee who was working that day. What an attentive, polite, and knowledgeable young man. You just don't find good customer service like that anymore. We will definitely make the 40-minute drive, again and again.

What a nostalgic experience coming here! Food was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. AYCE is $17.99 and it includes chowder. Will be coming back again soon.

I use to come to this location before the new owner took over and it was not very consistent and pretty not great. The new owner did an amazing job bringing this place around. My wife and I have stopped in a few times the last year (not a often as I would like. Because life in the way). It was great! My dad loved eating all you can eat fish and chips here. He would go quite often living so close. This was the last place my dad and I got to have lunch together before he died last November. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the Skipper's brand tartar sauce. It's too sweet for my taste. I normally bring my own if I know I'm coming here, but normally it's a spur of the moment decision and I have to use the house tartar sauce. Not a deal killer by any means. Keep up the good work! 👍🏼

So glad this resteraunt is still in business. Dropped in for a quick bite on a Sunday. Always fresh, claim chowder has never changed .
