I went to this location yesterday for my Amazon return on a television. The two women that were working the register were rude and nasty. This is my first time doing a return on something like this, so I really didn't know the basis. Instead of them telling me AT FIRST that I needed to cancel the first pickup from home(I missed the pickup), they coldly told me that they can't do anything about my return. So me and my mother called Amazon. My mom was with me. They gave us the shipping bar code and everything was taken care of. The attitudes of these women were horrible. Although one lady did offer to help us but by that time Amazon picked up the phone and helped. Although this store is closer to my home, I would never do business with this location again.
