This is one of the slowest chipotle you will ever find. The management need to consider that over the weekend more than normal amount of people will want food - they need to more staff to handle the flow. There is only one person working the register AND taking orders, while there are 50 people waiting on line. In total there are 3 people running this chipotle, but they really need 6-7 at least. This reflects very badly on the franchise as a whole.

The food is healthy and nice, but there's one irritating behaviour among team members at the shop. There's only one tanned lady doing the job while the rest were giggling. She need to serve the food, she need to refill the empty food, running around the shop.. I dont know why noone who are free did not help her. There was super long queue but other staffs rather than her have any sense of customer centricity and help their colleague!!!! Selfish!!

I understand they’re busy ,but it would be nice if they said something things, instead they just took my order served me without any smile , hour just to places my order and then they asked me to tips them NO another 20 minutes for the food.

I eat Chipotle consistently and this has been the worst Chipotle I have been to. Portions are half the size of other stores, and this branch is heavily understaffed. There was no steak and no lettuce. My bowl was pretty much empty when it got to the cashier
