I am a regular client of this store, and it is a must-stop whenever I am in Woodbury Commons. I never enter this store without buying anything. But not yesterday, when I visited 20 Nov. I noticed that you have a Chinese guy doing live selling in the store, with the video camera in front of him. He was so noisy and it became stressful to stay inside the store, that my friend and I decided to just walk out. I think you should locate the live selling elsewhere but not inside the store. It does not only cheapen your store, but it also makes it unbearable for clients who want to chill and look around. Please consider this suggestion, otherwise I will probably not go back to the store anymore. Thank you.

PEOPLE OF COLOR STAY AWAY. Another Your not welcome if your Black store. Typical behavior I walked in the lady at the door was kind said "hello" I started looking around and went to the jewelry section where there was 3 other White women and no staff. As soon as I went to the section an Asian women approached me. Cool whatever still looking whatever but everywhere I went they kept following me."You need any help" Your not doing that to anyone but me. So by the 3rd time being approached I was over it. I said "you guys are making me feel uncomfortable". the Spanish women said "oh sorry did you see our cheetah bags" girl no. I went to walk out and let the lady who looked like a manager that they kept following me and making me feel uncomfortable. She seemed less then concerned, I spent around to show her who and it then dawned on me I was the only black person in. the store. I looked and none of the staff was on top of the white patrons. I then said "should I state the obvious that I am the only black person here but yall keep harassing me". she did not care. I WALKED OUT I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE. I rather them just say no colored allowed. stay away

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PAY WITH YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD, YOU MAYBE DOUBLE CHARGED. On October 7th I bought a purse for $98.61. Kate Spade had an issue with the register after I inserted my debit card. Salesperson asked me to use another register and insert my debit card again. She said that the first transaction had a glitch and didn't go through and I only be charged once for this purse. However, I noticed on my bank activity that Kate Spade double charged me for this purse. I contacted the manager of this store after I discovered double charges. Manager stated that she remembered the register glitch but said that 1st transaction didn't go trough. She refused to correct the charges and refund my account for wrong double charge. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES WITH CUSTOMERS CARD PAYMENTS.
