We take every precaution possible. The store is cleaned and sanitized daily, face masks are required to enter and we have them available for free if you don’t, hand sanitizer available. Most importantly any items that are handled are cleaned and steamed before placing back in the showcase. Upon request we can also clean and steam items before being handled as well.

Sorry but we don't exchange pieces. I don't re-sell used jewelry so the chain and bracelet you have would be considered scrap gold. While gold is gold and has the same value whether or not its new or used, a new piece would cost more. Aside from the gold content there are manufacturing fees built into the cost of a new item. So lets say your pieces are worth $500 in gold and the new piece you're looking for weighs the same and they're both 14k. That chain with the same gold content may cost $800 due to the fact it cost money to make the piece. That being said if you want to come in with your pieces I can let you know what they would be worth and we can look at some new pieces for you and get you the best all around deal.
