Ladies in the office aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed and don’t have basic access to office tools like a fax machine or spell check. They texted twice “Don’t know what the WHOLE up is” when verifying previous rentals lol - I’m pretty sure the HOLD up is lack of competency they possess. Might be better looking for homes elsewhere.

They are the unprofessional company I've ever encountered. They Do Not communicate well and are very rude.We are renting one of their properties now,We cannot wait until our lease is up.THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

As an owner, i will say OverCash is a great property management company. They are professional and have the teams in place to handle any management, repair or request that can occur. They are fair but firm. Flexible with individual owners needs. A good company to rent from or to have manage your property.
