I am new to this State so finding a new tax preparer is a gamble because you never know who you’re going to get and how it’s going to turn out but Jeff was GREAT!! He is very knowledgeable, personable, professional, and kind hearted. He will have you IN and OUT. You will not spend hours sitting in a chair and no matter how many questions you have.. he will answer each and every one without a problem. I had a couple questions days later and then a week later lol after I left the office and he was just as nice and helpful over the phone as he was in person. Thanks Jeff : )

I filed taxes for myself and then helped file taxes for my mom. I received my tax return just fine but my mom did not receive her tax return. We paid to file our taxes and we’re happy with the service we received until this happened. Since my mom found out her return was rejected. We have called more than several times and have yet to receive a response or a call back. The office is only open on Thursday and we were going to go down to the location but don’t want to drive down there if no one answers the phone. I am not happy now because it’s very upsetting to not get your calls with questions answered or returned.

In addition to in-person appointments at Jackson Hewitt offices, you also have the option for limited contact drop-off (where you drop off your documents at an office and go), file with no contact via Tax Pro From Home, or file on your own via Jackson Hewitt Online.

If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you don’t have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you don’t have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available. You can download Form 4506 at www.irs.gov to request a copy of the return you filed with the IRS.
