In first place I put one start but this place dont deserved NO start. My experience in this place it was the worst ever! They canceled and rescheduled appointments like the own people time like people don't work or don't have other compromise, they dont care aboit patient because I was in pain due a fix the they did on one of my teeth, also they was very rude with my mother when she call to schedule and appointment. I'm personally looking for another dentist.

I was referred to Baystate Dental in Holyoke by my cousin who had nothing but great things to say. Let me tell you, I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at other dental offices. My dental hygienist, Charo, was AMAZING! Not only was she sweet, informative, thorough and honest but she really helped me feel more comfortable with going to the dentist. I actually look forward to coming back and seeing her.

I cannot recommend Baystate Dental of Holyoke highly enough. After going to Baystate Dental in Holyoke for a my routine cleanings while I lived in the area, I tried switching to Baystate Dental Greenfield when I moved to Greenfield. At my first appointment with the Greenfield office, they did not even touch my teeth and instead wrongfully recommended that I get a root scaling cleaning that my insurance then proceeded to keep denying for the next 3 months. Not only did the incredible staff at Baystate Dental of Holyoke fix this problem - they got me in the schedule for a regular cleaning as soon as possible, and every staff member I interacted with was polite, knowledgable, and understanding each step of the way. A lot of medical atmospheres feel extremely transactional, but I will literally be driving all the way to Holyoke to go to this particular office because of the incredible customer service and clearly talented, professional staff. 1000/5 stars, best dentist in the Valley.
